Being a by-law to dedicate Block 174, Plan
40M-1466, Pickering, as public highway
(Rambleberry Avenue).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 174, Plan
40M-1466, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 174, Plan 40M-1466, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rambleberry Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of March,
1989.
