BY-LAW NO. 3077/89
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1 to 26, Plan
40M-1535, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter l, does not apply
to the lands described as follows~
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,
22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, Plan 40M-1535, Picketing.
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
March, 1989
