BY-LAW NO. 3075/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 116, Plan
40M-1473, Pickering, as public highway (Saugeen
Drive reserve).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 116, Plan
40M-1473, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 116, Plan 40M-1473, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway.

BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
March, 1989.
