BY-LAW NO. 3074/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 11, Plan
40M-1451, Pickering, as public highway (Rouge
Valley Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 11, Plan
40M-1451, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block ll, Plan 40M-1451, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Rouge Valley Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
March, 1989.
