BY-LAW NO. /89
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an
Agreement to lease part of Lot 19, Concession 3,
Picketing to T. Arnts Loam Supply Limited from
January 1, 1989 to December 31, 1992.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 193 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, chapter 302, the Council of a municipal corporation may by by-law, lease prem-
ises owned by it;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor a~d Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement, between
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing and T. Arnts Loam Supply Limited
for the leasing of part of Lot 19, Concession 3, Picketing, from January 1,
1989, to December 31, 1992.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this day of
, 1989.
