BY-LAW NUMBER 3065/89
Being~a by-law to amend By-law 2228/86
Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing passed
By-law 2228/86 to authorize the construction of a storm sewer in the
Brock East Community; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2228/86;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Ptckering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That By-law 2228/86 be amended by deleting Section 4.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed this 20th day of
March, 198g.
