HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3060/89 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER3060/89 Being a By-law to prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing of planning applications received after March 6~ 1989. WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Planning Act 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing of applications made in respect of planning matters; NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Part II of The Town of Picketing Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting subsection 2320.t4 and replacing it with the following: 2320.~. Every application received by the Town after March 6, 1989, for the processing of a planning matter described in Column I of the following table shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed for such matter in Column II thereof, without which fee the application shall be deemed to be incomplete: TABLE COLUMN I COLUMN II Item Planning Matter FEE 1. Zoning or rezoning by-law or amendment $#00 2. District or community plan amendment $#00 3. Subdivision plan $400 plus $20 per dwelling unit proposed 4. Condominium plan $400 5. Zoning order amendment $150 6. Application to Committee of Adjustment - to be heard at a regular meeting $125 - to be heard at a special meeting $250 7. Site Plan Approval: (a) Residential Uses - Multiple-Attached and Apartment House Dwellings $250 plus $20 per dwelling unit proposed (b) Industrial Uses, Commercial Uses, or both $250 for each 2,000 m2 of gross floor area, or portion thereof (c) Residential Uses and Industrial or Commercial Uses or both $250 for each 2,000 m2 of gross floor area, or portion thereof, of industrial or commercial space plus $20 per dwelling unit proposed (d) Other Uses $250 (e) Revision to approved site plans $150 BY-LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th DAY OF March , 1989.
