BY-LAW NO.3056 /89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
754]78, respecting Lots 378-403, inclusive, and
Lot 409, Plan M-1059, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 754/78 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
February, 1989.
