.By-law No. 7803/20
Being a by-law to establish certain lands within the City
of Pickering, Regional Municipality of Durham, as public
highways.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner or certain lands lying
within Concession 5, set out herein and wishes to establish them as public highway
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Part of Lot 27, Concession 5, being Parts 2, 3 and 4, 40R-30787; Part of Lot 28,
Concession 5, being Parts 2 and 3, 40R-30786; Part of the Road Allowance
between Lots 28 and 29, Concession 5, being Parts 16 and 17, 40R,.30786; Part
of Lot 29, Concession 5, being Parts 2, 3 and 4, 40R-30785; and Part of Lot 30,
Concession 5, being Parts 3 and 4, 40R-30790 are hereby established as public
highway "Enterprise Gateway".
