BY-LAW NO.3038 /89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws
499/76, 852/78 and 914/78, respecting Lots 241,
242, 243, 271-278, 299-308, 313-318, 352 and
Block W-i, Plan M-1058, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 499/76, 852/78 and 914/78 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
February, 1989.
