BY-LAW NO. 3034 /89
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 5B,
Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Parts
1-4, Plan 40R-7626, as public highway (Fawndale
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of
Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.G., Picketing, designated as Parts 1-4, Plan 40R-7626, and
wishes to dedicate these lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 1-4,
Plan 40R-7626 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Fawndale Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
February, 1989.
