BY-LAW NO. 3031/89
Being a by-law to repeal By-Law No. 2903/88,
dedicating Block 10, Plan M-1221, Pickering as
public highway.
WHEREAS, on October 3, 1988, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picker-
ing, enacted By-Law 2903[88, dedicating Block 10, Plan M-1221, Picketing as public
highway, which block was previously dedicated as public highway upon the registration
of Plan M-1221, Picketing, rendering By-law 2903/88 redundant}
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law No. 2903/88 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of Febru-
ary, 1989.

as public highway. (Oklahoma Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 10, Plan
M-1221, which it desires to dedicate as public highway, pursuant to the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.298;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing IIEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 10, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Oklahoma Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of
October, 1988.
