BY-LAW NO. 3030/89
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Pine
Ridge Road, Plan 1051, Picketing, designated as
Part 1, Plan 40R-10631 as public highway (Pine
Ridge Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Pine
Ridge Road, Plan 1051, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-10631 which it
desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Pine Ridge Road, Plan 1051, Pickering, designated as Part l, Plan
40R-10631 is hereby dedicated as public highway. (Pine Ridge Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of Febru-
ary, 1989.
