BY-LAW NO. 3029/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 71 and 72, Plan
40M-1542, Picketing, as public highway (Wildwood
Crescent; Alpine Lane).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 71 and
72, Plan 40M-1542, Picksring and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 71, Plan 40M-1542, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Wildwood Crescent).
2. Block 72, Plan 40M-1542, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Alpine Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of
February, 1989.
