BY-LAW NO. 3028/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 42, 43 and 44,
Plan 40M-1535, Pickering, as public highway
(Blue Ridge Crescent; Major Oaks Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 42, 43
and 44, Plan 40M-1535, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 42, Plan 40M-1535, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway
(major Oaks Road).
2. Blocks 43 and 44, Plan 40M-1535 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Blue
Ridge Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of
February, 1989.
