BY-LAW NO.3027 /89
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 78 and 79, Plan
40M-1509, Pickering, as public highway (Major
Oaks Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 78 and
79, Plan 40M-1509, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 78 and 79, Plan 40M-1509, Picketing are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Major Oaks Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of
February, 1989.
