BY-LAW NO. 3025/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 57, Plan
40M-1446, Pickering, as public highway (Hoover
Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 57, Plan
40M-1446, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 57, Plan 40M-1446, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Hoover Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of
February, 1989.
