BY-LAW NUMBER 3010 /89
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 2359/87
to prohibit parking on Dunfair Street
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or part os highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal
property; and
WHEARAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on Dunfair Street;
NOW THEREFBRE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickerin9
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Dunfair Street Both Whites Road to See Note 1 west terminus
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th
day of February, 1989.
