BY-LAW NO.3001 [89
Being a by-law to exempt Lots i, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7. 9, 10 and 11, Plan 40M-1542, Pickering, from
part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S,O, 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11, Plan 40M-1542, Pickering.
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this I6th day of
January, 1989
