BY-LAW NO. 2999 /89
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lot 6, Plan
820, Pickering, as public highway (Part 2, Plan
40R-11249; Fairport Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of
Lot 6, Plan 820, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-11249, and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 6, Plan 820, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-11249,
is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1989.
