BY-LAW NO. 2989/89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
1231/81 respecting Lots 1 to 9, inclusive and
Blocks 11 to 14, inclusive, Plan M-1185,
Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering ItEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1231/81 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1989.
