BY-LAW NUMBER 2975/88
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 2359/87
to prohibit stopping in front of Gandatsetigon
Public School, Parkside Drive
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or part os highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal
property; and
WHEARAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit stopping in front of
Gandatsetigon Public School, Parkside Drive;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
COLUMN I COLUMN II COLUMN III COLUMN IV
Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and Days
Parkside Drive West Millbank Road 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
and Pebble Court Monday to Friday
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day
of December, 1988.
