BY-LAW NUMBER 2973/88
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
establish stop signs at various intersections
Whereas By-]aw 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for stop
signs at various intersections;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering Hereby
Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following:
6. Batory Avenue and the Northbound and southbound on Batory
southerly leg of Drive and westbound on the southerly
Vistula Drive leg of Vistula Drive
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
By-law Read a first, second and third time and Passed this 19th day of
December, 1988.
