HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2887/88THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 2887/88 Being a by-law to exempt Lots 25-32, 35-41, 52 and Block 71, Plan 40M-1526, Pickering, from part lot control. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des- ignated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering i3EREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1 Z. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Lots 25, 26, 29, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 52 and Block 71, Plan 40M-1526, Pickering. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal- ity of Durham.
