Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law,
respecting Lots 1-27, inclusive, Plan M-1089,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the. Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 501/76 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of
August, 1988.
