BY-LAW NUMBER z804/88
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 2677/88, which amended
Restricted Area lZoning) By-law 3037, as amended, to irnplement the Official Plan of the
"Cown of Pickering District Planning area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lots 30, 31, 32 and
33, Coocessions 4 and 5, in the Town of Pickering. (A 26/88)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 2677/88,
amending By-law 3037, to permit the establishment of residential, commercial, church,
community, agricultural and greenbelt uses in Part of Lots 30, 31, 3Z and 33, Concessions 4 and
5, in the Town of Pickering;
AND WHERE.AS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to amend Schedule I of Dy-law 2677J88, to implement the Residential Village
designation in the I�evelopment Plan for ihe Hamlet of Whitevale;
NOW THEREFORE 1'HE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE "COWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule [ to By-law 2677/88 is hereby amended by changing from "G° to "HMR3" the
zone designation of the lands hatched on Schedule I attached hereto.
BY-LAW 2677/88
By-law 2677/88 is hereby arnended, only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this By-law as it applies to the lands hatched on Schedule I attached hereto.
Definitions and subject matter not specifically dealt with in this By-law shall be governed
by the relevant provisions of By-law 2677/88.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect froin the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of ihe
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
