BY-LAW NUMBER 2797/88
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2144/86
(Interim Control - Planning)
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.l, s.37, the Council
of a local municipality may pass a by-law to provide for the interim control of land uses where
a review or study of land use planning policies has been directed to be undertaken;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 2144/86 is hereby amended by adding thereto Item l3 and Notes as
set out in Schedule l hereto;
2. Schedule B to By-law 2144/86 is hereby amended by adding thereto Map 13 as set out in
Schedule 2 hereto;
3. Schedules 1 and 2 hereto form part of this By-law.
