BY-LAW NO.2795 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks G-l, I-1 and
J-l, Plan M-1059, Pickering, as public highway
(Aspen Road, Parkside Drive and Pebble Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks G-l,
and J~l, M-1059, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block G-l, Plan M-1059, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Park$ide Drive)
2. Block I-l, Plan M-1059, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Aspen Road)
3. Block J-l, Plan M-1059, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Pebble Court)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of June,
1988.
