BY-LAW NO. 2794 /88
Being a by-law to change the name of Valleyview
Drive to Westcreek Drive in Plan 40M-1508,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 210.105 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter
302, the Council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or
changing the names of highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Valleyview Drive in Plan 40M-1508, Pickering renamed "Westcreek Drive".
2. This by-law shall take effect upon the registration of a certified copy thereof in
the Land Titles Office for the Registry Division of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 6th day of June, 1988.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this27th day of June , 1988.
