BY-LAW NUMBER 2785/88
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
provide for the erection of a four-way stop
at Highview Road and Saugeen Drive and Ariel
Crescent
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for a
fourway stop sign at the intersection of Highview Road and Saugeen Drive and
Ariel Crescent;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering Hereby
Enacts as follows:
l. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following:
39. Highview Road and Eastbound and westbound on Highview
Saugeen Drive and Road, southbound on Saugeen Drive
Ariel Crescent and northbound on Ariel Crescent
2. This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
By-law Read a first, second and third time and Passed this 16th day of May,
1988.
