BY-LAW NO. 277 5/88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 80, 81, 82, 83,
84, 85 and 86, Plan 40M-1500, Pickerlng, as
public highway (Ashford Drive, Beechlawn Drive,
Marshcourt Drive and Larksmere Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 80, 81,
82, 83, 84, 85 and 86, Plan 40M-1500, Pickerlng and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 80 and 85, Plan 40M-1500, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Ashford Drive)
2. Blocks 81 and 84, Plan 40M-1500, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Beechlawn Drive)
3. Blocks 82 and 86, Plan 40M-1500, Pickerlng are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Marshcourt Drive)
4. Block 83, Plan 40M-1500, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Larksmere Court)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of May,
1988.
