BY-LAW NO. 2773/88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 55, 56, 57 and
58, Plan 40M-1498, Pickering, as public highway
(Marshcourt Drive, Ashford Drive, Beechlawn
Drive, Larksmere Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 55, 56, 57
and 58, Plan 40M-1498, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 55, Plan 40M-1498, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Marshcourt Drive)
2. Block 56, Plan 40M-1498, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Ashford Drive)
3. Block 57, Plan 40M-1498, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Beechlawn Drive)
4. Block 58, Plan 40M-1498, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Larksmere Court)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of May,
