BY-LAW NO. 2772/88
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 18, Plan
40M-1282, Pickering, as public highway (Highview
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 18, Plan
40M-1282, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 18, Plan 40M-1282, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Highview Road)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of May,
1988.
