BY-LAW NO. 2771/88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 137 and 139,
Plan M-1222, Pickering, as public highway
(Cedarwood Court and Maple Gate Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 137 and
139, Plan M-1222, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 137, Plan Iv1-1222, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Cedarwood Court)
2. Block 139, Plan M-1222, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Maple Gate Road)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of May,
1988.
