BY-LAW NO.2739 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 110, 111, 114,
115 and ]16, Plan 40M-1513, Pickering, as public
highway. (Somergrove Crescent, Annan Woods
Drive, Harrowsmith Court, Dellbrook Avenue)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 110, 111,
114, 115 and 116, Plan 40M-1513, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 110 and 116, Plan 40M-1513, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Somergrove Crescent)
2. Block 111, Plan 40M-1513, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Annan Woods Drive)
3. Block 114, Plan 40M-]513, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Harrowsmith Court)
4. Block 115, Plan 40M-1513, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Dellbrook Avenue)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
