BY-LAW NO.2738 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 87, 88, 89 and
90, Plan 40M-1512, Pickering, as public highway.
(Greenmount Street, Denvale Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 87, 88, 89
and 90, Plan 40M-1512, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 87, Plan 40M-1512, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.

2. Blocks 88, 89 and 90, Plan 40M-1512, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Denvale Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
