Being a by-law to dedicate Block 15, Plan
40M-1451, Pickering, as public highway, (Rouge
Valley Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 15, Plan
40M-1451, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 15, Plan 40M-1451, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Rouge Valley Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
