BY-LAW NO.2729 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 58 and 59, Plan
40M-1442, Pickering, as public highway.
(Sundown Crescent, Edmund Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 58 and
59, Plan 40M-1442, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 58, Plan 40M-1442, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Sundown Crescent)
2. Block 59, Plan 40M-1442, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Edmund Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
