WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 77, Plan
40M-1439, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 77, Plan 40M-1439, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
