BY-LAW NO.2727 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 161, 164, 165,
166 and 168, Plan 40M-1437, Pickering, as public
highway. (Edmund Drive, Sundown Crescent,
Rainy Day Drive, Lightfoot Place)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 161, 164,
165, 166 and 168, Plan 40M-1437, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks ]61 and 164, Plan 40M-1437, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Edmund Drive)
2. Block 165, Plan 40M-1437, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Sundown Crescent)
3. Block 166, Plan 40M-1437, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Rainy Day Drive)
4. Block 168, Plan 40M-1437, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Light foot Place)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
