Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 43 and 44, Plan
40M-1342, Pickerlng, as public highway.
(Gwendolyn Street, Rouge Valley Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 43 and
44, Plan 40M-1342, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
]. Block 43, Plan 40M-1342, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.

2. Block 44, Plan 40M-1342, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Rouge Valley Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
