BY-LAW NO.2715 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 17 and 20, Plan
40M-1323, Picketing, as public highway (Aspen
Road, Pebble Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 17 and
20, Plan 40M-1323, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 17, Plan 40M-1323, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Aspen Road)
2. Block 20, Plan 40M-1323, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Pebble Court)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
