BY-LAW NO.2714 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 23, 24 and 25,
Plan 40M-1322, Pickerlng, as public highway
(Aspen Road, Pebble Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 23, 24
and 25, Plan 40M-1322, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 23 and 25, Plan 40M-I322, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Aspen Road)
2. Block 24, Plan 40M-1322, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Pebble Court)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
