BY-LAW NO.2713 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 21, Plan
40M-1321, Picketing, as public highway (Aspen
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 21, Plan
40M-1321, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 21, Plan 40M-1321, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Aspen Road)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
