BY-LAW NO.2712 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 45, Plan
40M-1320, Pickering, as public highway (DMewood
Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 45, Plan
40M-1320, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. Block 45, Plan 40M-1320, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Dalewood Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
