BY-LAW NO.2709 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 19 and 21, Plan
40M-1282, Pickering, as public highway (Highview
Road, Amberlea Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 19 and
21, Plan 40M-1282, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 19, Plan 40M-1282, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Highview Road)
2. Block 21, Plan 40M-1282, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Amberlea Road)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
