Being a by-law to amend 5v-Law 264~,/88, an-
thorizing the execution of a Servicing/Site P!an
Agreement respecting Part Lot 20, Concession 1,
Pickering (Lantana/Parkwav; Resolution 53/88,
item 1) .
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Plamdng Act, 1~83, S.O. 1983, chapter
1, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-Law 2646/88
on January 18, I988, authorizing the }!avor and Clerk to execute a Servicing/Site
Plan Agreement in the form attached thereto respecting the development of 75 multiple
dwelling units in that part of Lot 20, Concession i, Picketing, (Parts ~, 3, 5, 7 and
10, Plan 40R-10253), which authority, _as of the date : ~'eo£, has not been exercised
and which Agreement requires amendment prior to that :thority being exercised~
iJ()~l TNEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of ', 'e Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
!. Section I$ of Schedule A to By-Law 26.t~,/88 is hereby amended h,- deleting the
phrase "Prior to the registration of this Affreement' from the first line and
substituting therefor the phrase "Within 90 days of the date upon which the
Town delivers a written request to the Owner to do so".
i. ([) Sub~ction (3) of section 20 of that Schedule is hereby deleted.
(2) Sut.-~ection (4) of that section of the Schedule is hereby re-numbered

thorizing the execution of a Servicing/Site Plan
Agreement respecting Part Lot 20, Concession 1,
Picketing (Lantana/Parkway; Resolution 53/88,
item 1).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1083, S.O. 1983, chapter
1, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 264~/,g8
on January 18, 1988, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Servicing/Site
Plan Agreement in the form attached thereto respecting the development of 75 multiple
dwelling units in that part of Lot 20, Concession I, Picketing, (Parts 1, 3, 5, 7 and
10, Plan 40R-10253), which authority, as of the date ! :eof, has not been exercised
and which Agreement requires amendment prior to that ~thority being exercised;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of ~ m Town of Picketing IiERF. BY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
