BY-LAW NO. 2684/88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 71, 72, 73 and
74, Plan 40M-1511, Picketing, as public highway
(Pepperwood Gate, Middleton Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 71, 72, 73
and 74, Plan 40M-1511, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 71, 72, 73 and 74, Plan 40M-1511, Pickering are hereby dedicated as
public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of
February, 1988.
