BY-LAW NO. 2683/88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 52, 53, 54, 55
and 56, Plan 40M-1510, Pickering, as public
highway (Major Oaks Road, Greenmount Street,
Denvale Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 52, 53,
54, 55 and 56, Plan 40M-1510, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public high-
way;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56, Plan 40M-1510, Pickering are hereby dedicated as
public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of
February, 1988.
