Being a By-law to designate Community Improvement Project
Areas.
WHEREAS section 10 of Part I of the Picketing District Plan, being an Official Plan of
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing, contains provisions relating to community
improvement;
AND WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 28(2) of the Planning Act, S.O. 1983,
chapter 1, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws
designating community improvement project areas;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That portion of Community Improvement Area A on Schedule "C" of Part I of the
Picketing District Plan, being lands in Part of Lots 23 and 2#, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession, Picketing, the boundary of which is illustrated on Schedule A attached
hereto~ is hereby designated a Community Improvement Project Area, to be known as
the Bayview Street Rehabilitation Area pursuant to section 28(2) of the Planning Act,
S.O. 1983.
BY-LAW read a first~ second and third time and finally passed this 1st day
of February , 1988.
